I founded Jo Vegan, LLC after battling an injury, and my love of quality food. I have a passion for promoting a plant based lifestyle that improves physical health, saves animals lives, and saves our planet. Using that passion, I’ve created a selection of signature plant based recipes for you in my vegan cookbook titled Jo Vegan The Veganista. A lot of the recipes on this site are featured in the book. It's a little more than your average cookbook. I give you a little background information about growing up in PA, being raised by my grandma, and how she taught me everything I know about cooking.
